Restoration procedure
Quick Response - We'll contact you within 15 minutes of receiving a claim and we can be there in 2 hours to help sort out and collect restorations.
Estimates (Setting Reserves) - Due within 72 hours of picking up the order.
Scope of Loss - We will take only
what is affected by loss, cost effective
to clean and insured wants cleaned… scope the house and take pictures. Determination is made onsite.
Rush Clothing - Available for return within 12-48 hours, no extra charge.
Final Invoice - All jobs are to be completed within 1 to 35 days from pickup and the final invoice will
be sent to the adjuster. Rejected
items will be thoroughly documented
and deducted off of the final invoice.
